60-day return period
You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. This gives you plenty of time to see whether the product fits your expectations.
Conditions for returns
To process a return, we ask the following:
The product is unused and in original condition
All original packaging and accessories are included
The item is carefully packed for the return shipment
No restocking fees are charged.
How to start a return
Requesting a return is simple. Send an email to info@zarensa.com and include your order number. Our team will then quickly assist you with the next steps.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, so your shipment can always be properly tracked.
Exchanging a product
Would you prefer to receive a different item? Exchanges are possible. Please contact us by email and we will gladly look at the best solution with you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days for the refund to become visible.
